Doesn't work
This app constantly crashes and never seems to work smoothly. Even after deleting & reinstalling it never works correctly. Completely unreliable.
The app doesn't work. Does anyone at VA actually test it before release?

You cannot search for direct flights. Ridiculous. No alternative date suggestions. Have given feedback to them but nothing has changed.
Couldnt even use my booking number or ticket number to find my flight. Just gave an error when I tried

Hi, your system is unable to process my user registration. I have repeatedly entered the information correctly, but each time it responds: "We're sorry... We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later. (G012)" Please help.
